Holistic Lactation.

As a mother of 5, including twins, I understand the struggles of breastfeeding and how it may be natural, but not come “naturally”. I recognize that breastfeeding is a learned skill and you have to learn to co-exist and co-regulate together. Two becoming one, a dyad, can be really tricky!

I am here to help with any breastfeeding questions, concerns or anxieties. The goal is a holistic approach by focusing on the dyad and meeting you where you’re at. From virtual consults to in-home & in-person, I am here to make your breastfeeding goals attainable. Serving the Hampton Roads, Northeast North Carolina & Surrounding areas. I also can do virtual consults with anyone in the world!

In the beginning of October 2021, Gina attended TOTs training with Chrysalis Orofacial. This allowed for expansion of knowledge regarding tethered oral tissues, infant oral assessment and the correct model of care needed for success pre and post tie release. Collaborative care is essential for best outcomes.
